Rental Request Form

We at Kindred are honored that you are considering using our space for your special event. If you are interested in booking with us, please fill out the information sheet below. Our costs are fair and work on a sliding scale based upon the day, time and use of space. We also offer discounted rates for nonprofit organizations, whatever the agreed upon amount must be paid no later then 48 hours prior to the event.

Set Up & Tear Down

The group or individual using the facility is responsible for staying within agreed upon building use time frame, set up, clean up, and return to normal set up of the facility. A $100 cleaning deposit is required upon approval of this form, this deposit will be returned upon meeting all building use responsibilities found in the rental agreement form.

Damages & Injuries

The person/organization requesting the use of Kindred facilities hereby absolves Kindred, its staff, leadership, members, or people of any liability for personal injury to any individual resulting from the use of the Kindred facilities and agrees to be responsible for any property damage that results during the use of the facilities. Please report any damage to the church office promptly.
